Fleetio is growing rapidly and we're looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Technology team. This person will work from Fleetio's awesome HQ in downtown Birmingham and focus on enabling and empowering the Fleetio team by supporting the many systems and tools we use to push Fleetio forward each day.

- Administering Fleetio's business system tech stack - license management, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and more
- Maintaining and supporting Fleetio employee computer hardware
- Staffing our internal help desk and handling frontline break / fix support for hardware and software-related issues
- Troubleshooting Fleetio HQ’s internal network and workplace experience systems
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation (using Notion and Loom)
- Prepare, manage, and drive the technology used for our company wide meetings at our HQ
- Handling all onboarding and off-boarding processes, including training new hires in the various business systems used across the company such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, KnowBe4 and more
- Gain experience in supporting a high-growth SaaS company
- Gain experience in administering business systems that serve the entire company

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on internal teams (IT, Business Systems, Operations, etc.) in an internal help desk or IT support role
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Mosyle, Kandji, Jamf, etc.
- Able to work from Fleetio’s HQ Monday through Friday
- Possess outstanding communication skills & strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to effectively prioritize work based on business impact
- Customer-service oriented with a focus on providing support with an enabling and empowering mentality
- Working knowledge of Apple systems and software
- Approachable and kind — you'll answer a handful of technical questions daily
- Experience administering SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Okta, Zoom, Loom, Jira, etc.
