Retail Inventory Controller Jobs

The Inventory Controller will manage multiple divisions to drive sales, profit and inventory targets.

· Partner with area managers and store managers on allocation needs

· High level of experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity

· Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial analysis skills

· Project end of season inventory by item and plan carryover items

· Achieve all divisional targets (store inventory budget, sales target, and seasonal target, out of stock target)

Work experience in inventory management (may be accepted in lieu of a degree)

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field

Familiarity with inventory management software and systems

Knowledge of procurement processes, budgeting, and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of electrical components, equipment, and systems

Requirements For a Warehouse Inventory Controller

-Experience creating proactive procedures to enhance customer relations and have strong analytical and communication skills.

-Maintain the associated technical documentation, traceability and certification with each component and parts.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience within the logistics or transportation field.

-Minimum 5 years of experience with aircraft and/or engine parts inventories & engine stands.

-Minimum of basic knowledge of aircraft and engine components and parts.

Specialist to the Aircraft Leasing & Finance Industry

Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.

Manage store to store transfers.

Manage weekly manual restocks to ensure the floor is fully stocked.

Ensure all shipments are being received and processed in a timely manner, and follow up with store managers if needed.

Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintains the accuracy of the physical inventory at the branch.

Uses a scan gun and moves merchandise as needed in order to obtain information needed

Makes decisions on pricing and ensures that gross margins are maintained on a level required by corporate.

Communicates margin issues to buyers and follows up for a timely response.

Reviews sales price differential reports determining if front end pricing is accurate and makes the appropriate changes.

Ensures that cycle counts are being conducted on a timely and regular basis.

Education, Experience, & Other Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of State and City Marijuana-related regulations

Open and build pending sales orders from Leaflink over to NAV

Communicate any sales orders changes/issues to the assigned sales reps

Associate METRC Tags with outgoing orders

· Preferably minimally a Degree holder, and with some finance/accounting knowledge (would be advantageous)
