THE ROLE:

As the Regulatory & Legal Compliance intern for the Global Ethics & Compliance department, a successful candidate for this role will be responsible for assisting in research, tracking, and mapping against current operations for regulations, laws, and related compliance matters related to Live Nation Entertainment and its subsidiaries. This intern will act with the highest level of integrity and business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist the Compliance team with implementing the recommendations and action items resulting from reviews and new law updates.
  • Assist with drafting appropriate policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws & regulations.
  • Monitor and research compliance related laws, regulations and legislative updates pertaining to Live Nation Entertainment
  • Proactively identify and discuss emerging compliance issues with the Compliance team, while also developing and preparing compliance reporting as necessary.
  • Assist with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed, and remediated as appropriate.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in accredited law school
  • Ability to learn quickly, and work with minimal supervision and with a team
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task with strong follow-up

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$16.99 USD Hourly
