Timely and accurately perform investigations of regulatory complaints. This includes:

Engaging consumers, dealers, or third parties over the telephone in a professional, but direct manner;

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday, Fully Remote

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Extensive knowledge of CCIIO, SERFF and CMS.

Monitor and research compliance related laws, regulations and legislative updates pertaining to Live Nation Entertainment

Proactively identify and discuss emerging compliance issues with the Compliance team, while also developing and preparing compliance reporting as necessary.

Assist with drafting appropriate policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws & regulations.

Assist with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed, and remediated as appropriate.

Assist the Compliance team with implementing the recommendations and action items resulting from reviews and new law updates.

Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in accredited law school

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with senior level management.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Compliance Officer:

Qualifications of the Senior Compliance Officer:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting or related field is required.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product management and other departments.

Maintain expert business knowledge of product development, including new product concepts and company initiatives.

Develop and maintain policy contract, endorsements, policyholder notifications and other forms as well as requirements for implementation of forms output.

8+ years of Property and Casualty insurance industry experience.

Knowledge of industry-standard personal lines programs of insurance, including coverage concepts, rating procedures, and underwriting philosophies.

Excellent time management skills and meet deadlines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Clinical Trials Management System.

Previous experience working with online/web-based platforms for clinical trial management systems

Manage the regulatory tracking and archive systems (e.g. SharePoint, Clinical Trials Management System, shared network drive, etc.).

A minimum two years of regulatory, human research protection or related experience in a research environment.

Previous work experience preparing and/or reviewing study start-up documents, including IRB documentation and research protocols.

Regulatory Compliance Specialist-REMOTE 6-12 months contract

1. Updating and maintaining product field action records in Trackwise electronic database (Trackwise experience preferred)

Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.

Assist with general Product Field Action execution activities, including but not limited to:

2. Contacting domestic hospital customers to confirm receipt of field action notifications, and documenting and tracking responses

3. Communicating with domestic and international Company affiliates to support execution of field actions in local markets

Disseminate regulatory or legal information to all levels of management as well as providing employees with accurate and timely compliance information

Ensure quality control in areas of spending, policies, oversight, and risk management

7 or more years of related experience or any combination of education and experience

Experience using central and local IRBs.

Ability to interpret and apply local, state, and federal requirements.

Maintain an up to date knowledge of regulatory compliance changes as needed to perform this role

3-5 years experience working in regulatory compliance

Strong Knowledge of current code of federal regulations

Regulatory knowledge of consumer packaged goods for edibles, beauty and healthcare categories

Possess excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships with all levels of management and staff

Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related discipline or relevant years of experience.

3-6 years of experience in regulatory permitting or compliance in the oil and gas industry, preferably in midstream.

Working knowledge of Federal Safety Regulations under OSHA and PHMSA.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to work on multiple tasks in any given workday.
