Project Manager (with Regulatory Compliance)

Los Angeles, CA

Long Term Contract


The Project Manager role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to project goals. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments, including account, creative and technology teams, in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop presentation materials as needed.
  • Provide ongoing program and project management support.
  • Manage all deliverables.
  • Status reporting.
  • Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated.
  • Prepare PMO deliverables.
  • Drive meetings and progress on action items.
  • Create project timelines, and manage creative, development milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide core PMO Support to centralized team.
  • Track dependencies and escalate risks/issues as needed
  • Provide program/project oversight.
  • Foster an environment that adapts quickly to creative change and focuses on Agile principles.
  • Create/manage project plans in Microsoft Project, drive all tasks, holding stakeholders accountable


Qualifications

  • Expert communication, status reporting, plan management and execution.
  • Significant experience in regulatory compliance.
  • Strong financial services banking domain exposure.
  • Experience managing and responding to MRAs and MRIAs.
  • Partner with vertical execution PMs to drive the completion of regulatory MRAs, MRIAs and Consent Order actions.
  • Experience with big-4 consulting preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading projects within a strong Regulatory and Compliance experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
