We are specifically looking for a Integration & Contract Manager . You will be responsible for managing two strategic services and team - Compliance Integration and Contract Lifecycle Manager (CLM). Your teams will be on point for two key workstreams:
- Ensuring Colocation provider contractual terms meet Oracle compliance, audit, and security requirements.
- Integration of new compliance initiatives into Oracle’s Data Center Compliance Program. This will support both the current Cloud Infrastructure and any future product offering by Oracle.
This manager will be responsible to ensure the team establishes engagement models, consistent workflows across varying initiatives, and properly staffed to support the business. In addition, this role will establish partnerships and communication channels across varying LOBs to contribute to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of PASS services. Additional leadership aspects include mentoring associates and contributing to process improvements and innovative strategies, lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve objectives. Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress. Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team. Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
Some responsibilities include:
- Act as a Colo supplier information security and compliance advocate and interface with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and metrics to assess effectiveness of internal controls
- Strong ability to build network with key stakeholders with the goal of aligning and streamlining processes and improvements
- Find and report on cost savings, as required
- Manage a portfolio of Compliance driven programs involving stakeholders across multiple LOBs
- Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets
- Escalation Management from IC to M5 levels
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Identify data points that helps define quantitative and qualitative metrics
- People Management, which includes recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, etc
- Own and drive a relationships with management peer groups to understand their strategic objectives and partnership opportunities
- Support contract escalations with Legal, Procurement, Governing bodies, and Supplier Management Services
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
