Change Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager with expertise in Supply Chain operations to join our team. The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful adoption and implementation of a supply chain tool across our distribution network. This individual will be responsible for driving the change process, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition from current processes to the new automated sorting tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Identification and Engagement:

• Identify key stakeholders within the organization who will be affected by the implementation of the supply chain tool.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and senior management.

Business Language Proficiency:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their specific needs and challenges related to supply chain operations.
• Communicate effectively in the language of business, translating technical information into business terms.

Change Management Strategy:

• Define the current state of our supply chain processes and work closely with stakeholders to design the future state that integrates the supply chain tool.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the adoption of the supply chain tool.

Benefits Communication:

• Clearly articulate the benefits of the supply chain tool to all stakeholders, emphasizing how it will improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Pilot Program Management:

• Monitor and evaluate the pilot program's effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for a successful launch.
• Lead the pilot roll-out of the supply chain tool at our Distribution Center.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and distribution center operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into actionable plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to different distribution centers as needed.
• Proven experience in change management, particularly in supply chain or logistics.
