Integrated Digital Media Manager

WITHIN, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an Integrated Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. We pride ourselves on breaking down silos within the marketing industry, and are looking for a candidate who excels at both client relationship management and possesses an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day skills involved in digital marketing across multiple channels and platforms.
As an Integrated Digital Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional strategists, overseeing campaigns across various channels and ensuring the successful execution of all digital marketing initiatives. Your exceptional communication and people management skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding our team of strategists towards continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional digital marketing strategists
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
• Proactively dive into every channel and platform to understand the day-to-day details, driving campaign success and team development
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Solid background in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams
