As an Instructional Designer, you'll work with subject matter experts and leverage innovative design methods to create effective learning solutions that meet the needs of Learners and the Business.

We are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable experience
  • Learning and organizational agility
  • Experience in curriculum and course design
What is the work?
  • Facilitates needs analysis to identify business objectives and understand target audience
  • Leverages appropriate measurement and evaluation strategies
  • Analyzes characteristics / benefits of existing and emerging technologies, including digital, blended, and informal learning
  • Participates in / facilitates internal skill-building
  • Applies design thinking and analytics to create personalized learning experiences that meet target audience needs and achieve business results; creates / modifies training solutions, including digital, video, paper-based, on-the-job, and classroom training
  • Develops / executes project plans; meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations
  • Aligns cross-functional project teams and resources to meet project and business goals
  • Consults on development tools and processes to foster innovation and efficiency

What is your background?
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum and course design
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, education, a related field, or comparable experience
