In This Role, The Individual Will Be Responsible For
The Training DC plays an important part in the education of our customers and the implementation of an extraordinary customer education program.
  • Proactively manage documentation regarding Sparta and Honeywell Connected Life Sciences products and third-party tools to be leveraged for customer-facing and internal enablement.
  • Acquiring comprehensive technical knowledge of Sparta’s quality management solutions and leveraging their knowledge of adult learning principles to create and maintain engaging learning experiences.
  • Leverage effective internal communication skills, including ability to lead presentations and coach training facilitators.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate learning content to support multiple delivery types—including instructor-led (classroom and virtual), eLearning, self-paced, blended and accreditation.
This role requires candidate to be in office three (3) or more days a week.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in software training development including hands-on lab environments
  • Experience with team collaboration and managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks in meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Demonstrated expertise in eLearning content such as virtual instructor-led (vILT) and web-based eLearning
  • Instructional design experience utilizing the ADDIE model or other established models of instructional design
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia tools. Preferably Articulate 360 and TechSmith tools
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, SharePoint, Visio, Project, PowerPoint
WE VALUE
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Amazon Web Services
  • Good understanding of Quality Systems in Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Consumer Products sectors
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Willing to fulfill occasional travel requirement
  • Use and management of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Salesforce apps such as Conga.

  • Salary Range: $ 73,100-$ 109,700
