Inside Sales Representative - Private Sector – BlueTeam

SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative (“ISR”), is an essential partner in the selling and customer experience process. The ISR is responsible for driving touch-point communications with existing clients, in an effort to strengthen contact frequency and develop top-of-mind awareness. Recording new information in company database and keeping property information current and up to date.


Handling the inbound sales call volume and properly qualifying and managing the follow up of each call.


Qualified candidates must be results-driven. This role should have a clear understanding of the entire sales process, and the ability to identify customer opportunities and potential. The ISR is also a key player in opportunity management within the CRM and shall track deliverables on said projects to insure project teams meet customer expectations.


What You’ll Do….


  • Monitor projects and email to identify client contacts for further nurturing
  • Maintain and develop customer success procedures and best practices
  • Manage inbound and outbound emails effectively
  • Keep up to date with storm related events or facility events to identify opportunities for new business
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle for each opportunity/lead
  • Keeping detailed notes in the CRM of all client interactions
  • Responsible for market research and to identify key target customers
  • Work to exceed revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services
  • Heavy emphasis on outbound calls
  • Conduct professionally engaging conversations over the phone and via e-mail
  • Be able to train clients on the use of the BlueTeam App
  • Be able to perform demonstration of the BlueTeam App for a client or prospective client
  • Work within the CRM to develop client organization and touch points
  • Develop sales strategies to capitalize on inbound/outbound call wins and volume growth, including call scripts, responsive emails, and solicitations calls and emails
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Industry knowledge: Restoration, Reconstruction and/or Commercial Roofing
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Teamwork with all sales channels and operations


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, marketing or related field from a four-year college or university; and/or
  • Two (2) + years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in service base sales, restoration, or construction.
  • Customer service and new account development experience.


CERTIFICATES and LICENSES:


Certifications a plus.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:


Highly developed written and oral communications skills are mandatory. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


REASONING ABILITY:


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
