We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our IJL Sales Team.

• This position will work from our Miramar, Fl office.

You can be eligible to work remotely after 6 months of consecutive successful employment (Eligibility will be based on tenure, attendance, and performance)

Opportunity Overview

• Enjoy a comprehensive training program that can transform you into an It’s Just Lunch Dating Specialist!
• Your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone.
• You will speak to clients about potential matches and select matches for your new client based on your interview.
• Using a consultative sales approach you will build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them.

Qualifications

• Experienced at handling a high volume of outbound calls per day.
• Positive thinking and a passion to help others find their special someone!
• Strong closer who doesn’t shy away from objections.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a phone sales Professional.

Location

• This opportunity is in office only (NOT REMOTE) first 6 months. Eligible to work remote after 6 months (Eligibility will be based on tenure, attendance, and performance).

We implement current pandemic related safety provisions provided by local and federal government.
