Job Description
What You Will Be Doing


  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their requirements and expectations. Convince clients that company's cameras are the best fit for their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers and maximize customer potential in designated regions. Work closely with the sales team and the Senior Sales Director to understand the value proposition and target market information provided by company Marketing.
  • Sales Support: Assist sales managers with various tasks such as Salesforce and SAP management, demos, quotes, and small marketing responsibilities. Coordinate trade shows, seminars, webinars, and online brand awareness activities. Work with multiple distributors on training and updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team and technical experts, such as the Technical Manager and Presales, to provide product education and after-sales support services to customers, partners, and the sales team. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.


Experience You Will Need


  • Technical Background: While not mandatory, a sales background that allows you to understand the various aspects and issues in potential applications, especially in the imaging industry, would be beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential for effectively engaging with customers, partners, and the internal team.
  • CRM and Technical Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Windows OS, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is necessary.
  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the Vision (Imaging) or related industries. You should have a track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
