Job Description
Our client, an innovative company based in vibrant San Francisco, is seeking a dedicated ML Engineer, Customer Success to join their team. They are at the forefront of developing advanced solutions in the fields of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for various operational needs. Their cutting-edge technology leverages AI capabilities to enhance safety and efficiency. With a customer-centric approach, they strive to provide effective solutions to meet the unique requirements of businesses.


As an ML Engineer, Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in post-sales activities, including product deployment, customer support, and ML operations. Serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide technical expertise, facilitate product adoption, and contribute to the overall success of customers in achieving their operational goals.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with engineering and product teams, conveying customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of post-sales activities, ensuring smooth product deployment and ongoing support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our products align with those requirements.
  • Manage deployment operations, including ML model training and data operations.
  • Proactively monitor customer systems, identifying and troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Track customer success metrics, analyze reports, and utilize insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Deliver technical demos and training to customers, providing clear explanations of complex AI and machine learning concepts.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with relevant infrastructure and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Computer Vision and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and a passion for ensuring customer success.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer success, technical support, or consulting role.
