Keeler is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Territory Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Inside Sales Territory Manager must be comfortable making 40+ phone calls per day to eyecare clinics, surgery centers, working with channel partner, regional sales managers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Territory Manager will manage and grow a geographical territory of eye care facilities to sell, promote, and introduce our comprehensive eye care product portfolio. This is an inside sales position, located in Malvern, PA.


:

Mange a geographical territory of clinical eye care facilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers in territory.
  • Maintain and grow current customer base, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Make on average 40 phone calls per day.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives.


Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with troubleshooting customer’s diagnostic product issues and working with our support team.
  • Create and build strong customer relationships.
  • Solve customer problems accurately and in a timely fashion.


Present and promote the comprehensive product portfolio for Keeler.

  • Minor procedure surgical instruments and reusable clinic supplies
  • Diagnostic Pharmaceuticals and disposable medical supplies
  • Ultrasound equipment and other eyecare equipment under the Accutome and Keeler brands


Requirements:

  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required: Medical sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must be eager to learn and grow continuously, to keep up with the eye care industry.
  • Strong listening skills
  • Travel is required to trade shows and occasional customer visits: <10% travel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Must be goal-oriented and strive for personal success and motivated by friendly competition.


The Internal Territory Manager will report directly to the Clinical Team Lead for the assigned territory. This is an exempt, salaried position with working hours varying between 8:30AM-5:00PM, depending on assigned region, Monday through Friday. Position is based out of the Malvern, PA office.
