Infrastructure And Cabling Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of post-production and video equipment and systems
• Can install, terminate, label, document, and test video and audio cabling systems
• Experience in installing and maintaining fibre networks, ethernet, video, and audio cabling systems
• 5+ years in a similar position, ideally supporting broadcast or post-production facilities.
• Operational knowledge in reading and interpreting planning documents, schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, drawings, manuals and engineering sketches and how to use them for troubleshooting and designing systems
• Understand and build pathway systems including cable trays, cable racks resulting in organized and efficient cabling infrastructure
• Able to verify continuity and measure wiring errors in systems

Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time role offers a salary of $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience.
