Support Mechanical / Electrical Supervisor in maintaining equipment / facilities.


Training

Duties & Responsibilities


Task and Duties
  • Comply with all general Plant rules on conduct and attendance.
  • Maintain and complete all necessary forms, files, and paperwork associated with the PM and work order programs.
  • Willing to learn and upgrade skill level.
  • Responsible for good housekeeping in assigned and work areas.
  • Running piping for Electrical, air, water, oil.
  • Works and cooperates with other department within the plant.
  • Oversees "C" Mechanical / Electrical Technician work.
  • Work efficiently with other employees in order to meet Plant and department goals in safety, quality, production, and housekeeping.
  • Follows oral and written instruction of higher management.
  • Essential to be available for overtime, call-in and rotating schedules.
  • Provide timely preventative maintenance support coordinating with production personnel.
  • Identify and understand the function of the equipment.
  • Repair pumps and motors.
  • Able to replace pumps and motors.
  • Comply with all written and verbal safety rules using personal protective equipment as required by department and Plant safety programs.
  • Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
  • Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
