Job Description

  • Interpret customer blueprints
  • Lead process routing, create/edit BOMs, and review drawings
  • Lead Kaizen Events
  • Lead implementation of LEAN methodology and Continuous Improvement to increase line throughput
  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
  • Coordinating capital expenditures with other departments
  • Aid in programming CNC machinery

The Successful Applicant
  • Exposure programming CNC machinery
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • Problem solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact the development of projects
  • Strong LEAN and CI experience
