You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Create workflow, network monitoring/troubleshooting automation to improve the Network.
• Work with network design, deployment, and engineering teams to operationalize stable, scalable platforms.
• Lead improvements in documentation, playbooks, and training for support organizations.
• Debug complex issues and root cause incidents impacting the network and customers.
• Develop and help debug and mitigate risk profiles for network health.
