Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inclusion & Diversity Specialist will be a key member of PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) function and will be responsible for helping advance the company’s overarching I&D strategy through the development and execution of cultivating a work environment of inclusion, belonging and equity for all. The ideal candidate will work with the I&D team and cross-functional business partners to drive alignment and outcomes.

The I&D Specialist will also be responsible for developing, utilizing, and completing reports, presentations, and surveys that support the PVH’s ability to measure its progress towards its strategic goals. A secondary focus is to support the company’s inclusive culture through enterprise wide I&D programs and events. The ideal candidate will enjoy the challenge of analyzing data and translating it into metrics and recommendations that can influence change. The position will work closely with the Chief I&D Officer, Senior Director of I&D, other I&D Team members, as well as other key stakeholders including members of the Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, University Recruitment, Corporate Communications, HRBPs, and business participants.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Collaborate regularly, coordinate, and manage assigned projects with key stakeholders
  • Deliver centralized project management for cross-functional I&D initiatives including timelines, communication plans and measurement strategies
  • Lead coordination of I&D communications including monthly newsletters, history and heritage months editorial and event invitations
  • Provide administrative support to the function, including but not limited to developing presentations, generating reports and invoice processing
  • Develop and implement tactical action plans relative to assigned projects stemming from overall I&D business priorities
  • Lead special research projects to identify benchmarks, best practices and make recommendations
  • Develop and continually manage an integrated calendar for key initiatives along and within I&D team
  • Work with team members in the development and implementation of function initiatives and training materials as necessary to fulfill project needs; assists with analyzing program parameters and making recommendations to adjust depending on the dynamics and needs
  • Assist with preparation of responses to industry I&D surveys
  • Oversee coordination and logistics for I&D programs, trainings and events
  • Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to support I&D strategic priorities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational, project and process management skills with the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing internal/external organization partnerships.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, etc.
  • Collaborative work style with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and stakeholders across the organization
  • Knowledge of and passion for developing inclusion, diversity and equity programs and initiatives
  • 3+ years of combined professional experience in I&D and/or HR desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience with presentations and spreadsheets
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality, detailed oriented, timely assignments

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office; Workday is a plus)

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
