- Respond to requests for information and quotations on diversity metrics for clients
- Maintain and share with ED+I Committee knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices
- Complete ED+I compliance reports such as Human Rights Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action Plan, VETS 100
- Support recruitment diversity goals by partnering with Talent Acquisition
- Promote recognition of ED+I initiatives inside and outside the firm
- Serve as a liaison with the firm’s ED+I consultant
- Support corporate responsibility/ESG initiatives and reporting requirements
- Provide ED+I related updates and presentations for quarterly firm board meetings and annual meetings
- Provide guidance and support for Employee Network Groups
- Collect and analyze statistical data to evaluate and report the firm’s diversity goals for leadership and other stakeholders
- Update the content on firm’s ED+I internal website
- Facilitate ED+I Committee monthly meetings – scheduling, meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Serve as a liaison with the firm’s ED+I Advocates/Executive Committee
- Recommend and implement programs to foster the organization’s ED+I goals, in collaboration with the ED+I Committee and with the Director of Learning and Organizational Development
- Serve as a liaison with outside ED+I groups such as the Society of Black Engineers, IEEE Women in Engineering, and Build Out Alliance
- Data management, and analysis
- Several years of Human Resources or related experience with direct experience managing ED+I initiatives
- Microsoft productivity applications
- Adaptability
- Emotional intelligence – self-management, relationship management, empathy, and influence
- Communication – verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Ideally, experience using Workday
- Knowledge of a business intelligence tool such as Power BI
- And other various wellness, diversity/inclusion and employee resource programs and initiatives
