Overview The Diversity and Inclusion Council Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. This role works closely with the organization’s leadership team to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful. The Diversity and Inclusion Council Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful. Detailed Job Description The Diversity and Inclusion Council Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. This role will work closely with the organization’s leadership team to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful. The Diversity and Inclusion Council Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful.The Diversity and Inclusion Council Specialist will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
• Working closely with the organization’s leadership team to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful.
• Assisting in the development of training and education programs to ensure that the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives are successful.
• Monitoring and evaluating the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure that they are successful.
• Representing the organization at external events and meetings to promote the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
