Job Description

Description


As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by communicating with customers, advocating for their needs internally, and coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. In this role, you’ll help customers with scheduling, while proactively informing them on job progress and all key details of their service. You’ll work cross-functionally with dispatchers by coordinating on availability and matching technician skill sets with service requirements. Finally, you’ll have the chance to grow your career through best-in-class training and opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Outbound calling as assigned by Call Center Manager.
  • Outbound call to fill the 3-day minimum call board.
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Attend team huddles and coaching sessions as they occur.
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Provide a “Best in Class” customer experience while booking service appointments via inbound and outbound calls, across various time zones, to meet daily targets.
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments with customers.
  • Convert incoming customer inquiries into booked service appointments.
  • Take initiative to outbound and save unbooked calls from previous days.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • CSRs are also expected to be team players; working together when situations arise and supporting fellow teammates.
  • Be open to providing leadership with feedback when it is needed.
  • CSRs must be 100% available throughout the duration of their shift. Work should be conducted in a space that is conducive to being productive, free from distractions and loud noises that could potentially distract you and/or the customer.
  • Embrace a culture of excessive communication and be open to coaching & feedback as we emphasize visibility, awareness, ownership and accountability.
