Manage onboarding projects for new clients, and coordinate with the Implementations Team to ensure timely implementation of add-on services.

Minimum 3 years managing client onboarding, implementation, and/or training experience in the software industry.

Previous team lead and/or supervisory experience required.

Manage the assigned queue using time management skills

Assoc degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

Demonstrate ability to efficiently and accurately process and manage Access Service Requests for one or more Lumen product or access provider

Develop work schedules and plans for assigned implementations, initiatives, and work efforts.

Collaborate with appropriate departments such as regulatory and legal to ensure appropriate scope and considerations are included in planning.

Identify and secure resources that are needed for implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.

Coordinate and direct resources involved in implementations, initiatives, or work efforts. Monitor implementation activities and schedules to ensure achievement of objectives.

Perform analysis of all claims data in order to provide decision support to Claims management team

Create claim requirements for business requirement documents, user stories, and UAT

Understand any regulatory or contractual requirements for new project implementations

Provide input for claims business requirements, testing processes and implementation tasks and plans

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required

Advanced level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Eight (8) years of business management, project management or implementation management experience. (Required)

Master’s degree or project management certification. (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent of four (4) years business experience. (Required)

Working knowledge of Premera operations. (Preferred)

Working knowledge of insurance products and regulations. (Preferred)

Experience in health care or regulated environment. (Preferred)
