We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to join our team. As an IAM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing identity and access management projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of IAM solutions and integration with existing systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to ensure clear communication and alignment among project team members.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Sail Point, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, or Radiant Logic is highly desirable.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and related technologies.
• Provide regular project status reports to key stakeholders, including project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and project milestones, and ensure effective project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges and escalating as needed.
• Lead and manage end-to-end IAM projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, IT teams, and security teams, to gather project requirements and define project scope.
