- Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, ethical behavior, quality, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Must be technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word.
- No related HR work experience required.
- Must have the capability to professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have a desire to learn and be flexible.
- Attends and actively engages in training sessions or meetings as required.
- Completes various administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and other document management services.
- Document procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile work papers, reports and client correspondence.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews, meetings, and presentations and related activities.
- Communicates with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern.
- Under direct supervision, supports the Human Resources department in a variety of activities which may include: recruiting and onboarding, benefits, and policies & procedures compliance.
- Conducts and maintains inventory of HR items and communicates with supervisors on ordering needs.
- Contributes to special projects, including conducting research & analysis, crafting and editing presentations, creating and distributing reports, and creating drafts of internal and external communications.
- Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties. Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative manner.
- Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, and work processes. Assists in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other services as assigned.
- May assist co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service and demonstrating team work skills. Actively supports teamwork throughout the organization.
- May periodically travel and work from different company locations.
- May be required to work overtime, and/or on weekends as needed.
- Must arrive at EISNERAMPER offices or client locations in a timely manner and be ready to perform job responsibilities.
