Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance software functionalities
• Assist youth activity centers in optimizing their operations
• Conduct software training sessions for clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights to improve products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
