Position: Employee Solutions - Human Resources Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Employee Solutions department. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team while upholding our commitment to excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding logistics, and employee orientation.
Maintain employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Support employee appreciation programs and facilitate various recognition initiatives.
Generate HR reports and perform data entry tasks accurately.
Handle employment verifications and process incoming mail efficiently.
Provide backup coverage for the front desk receptionist.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree or related field preferred.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In An Administrative Role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, administrative skills, and HRIS records systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
