We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Director to lead our brand strategy, development, and integrated marketing plans for our portfolio of branded services. This role is all about inspiring and connecting with our over 5,000 members, driving awareness and adoption of our services, and collaborating with our sales partners to create impactful go-to-market plans.
Job Responsibilities
Utilize data and insights to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase awareness and adoption of our branded services.
Develop and implement marketing plans, promotional calendars, and programs based on analytics, industry trends, and business performance.
Collaborate effectively with our internal creative team and agency partners to align creative output with the strategic objectives of our branded services and business.
Work closely with the sales team to develop assets that drive lead generation and member retention efforts.
Serve as the commercial owner of the respective services, understanding member needs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to launch new capabilities.
Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, demand, and competitors' marketing movements.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of marketing experience, including managing a marketing team.
Proven experience in brand management and omnichannel marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing.
Strong budget management skills.
Experience in brand marketing for consumer brands or overseeing B2B marketing initiatives to drive adoption.
