The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with and provide superior services to internal customers
- Configures and tests the various system solutions to best meet the organization’s needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer oriented
- Develops reports and dashboards from customers strategy, goals and requirements
- Assists with other HR projects as assigned
- Uses data to drive decision making and solve for root cause
- Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive HRIS roadmap
- Liaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and training
- Strong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trends
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with the complexity of global projects preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company; ability to manage by influence
- Able to work hybrid schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL strongly preferred. Non-local remote candidates will be considered
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our employees have the best tools and processes
- 8+ years in HR including 5+ years of HRIS system administration experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the complexity of global projects

Salary: USD 101600.00 - USD 152400.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
