Job Description
What You’ll Do
As part of a new HR Leadership team, we seek an HRIS/HR Systems (UKG) leader to administer and manage the foundational HR systems platform to support the employee life cycle. Responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, testing, management and optimization of all aspects of the core data, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, learning management and talent acquisition modules.
Responsibilities
  • Play a hands-on role in managing permissions, access, personalization, and settings for users in addition to inputting, supporting and maintaining data integrity of the system.
  • Prepare and cascade reporting in a cadenced fashion for leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships and lead all HRIS design, implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology and HRIS applications.
  • Provide support, including researching and resolving issues. Continually evaluate and provide thought leadership around necessary improvements and enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and training for users.
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Drive the strategic development, implementation, testing, management and ongoing optimization of the company's HRIS (UKG) platform while seeking opportunities to improve our processes, provide a better employee/candidate experience and scale with the business globally.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and implement efficient and effective HR processes and procedures that leverage technical capabilities for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of data.
What You’ll Need
Required:
  • Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills with an unwavering attention to detail
  • Ability to professionally handle and maintain the integrity of confidential materials and associated issues
  • Advanced problem solving, process improvement and change management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Relationship builder with the ability to quickly gain credibility with business leadership and influence decision makers through demonstration of system knowledge and solid judgment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with stellar interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, information technology or a related field of study
  • 5+ years experience in a database management related role, specifically working with UKG Pro and Workforce Ready platforms

This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule and is based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.
