Job Description

HR Systems Administrator - Workday

At Uline, we believe it’s all about having good people and as an HR Systems Administrator, that starts with you. Manage our HR technology as the point of contact for Workday strategy and support, contributing to our HR team’s mission to attract and retain top talent!

Position Responsibilities

  • Act as escalation point for user-reported issues.
  • Support and manage the design, configuration and performance of Uline’s multi-module Workday application.
  • Assist in Workday functions like business process and tenant configuration and upgrade evaluation.
  • Educate users on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday functionality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Word, Excel and Access.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with support and module configuration in Workday.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
