Job Description
CommuniCare Health Services is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team. This position has an option to work remotely but should be located within the EST time zone.


Job Responsibilities


  • Serve as primary liaison with third party technical support to manage all support needs. Must be able to provide specific directions to technical support.
  • Continually research, test ,and stay up-to-date on all Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities.
  • Partner with HR Tech to deliver and test system integrations.
  • Ensure that our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within documented SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors.
  • Prepare and deliver Workday reports to stakeholders across the company.
  • Maintain up to date documentation and controls.
  • Participate in Workday configuration and testing process.
  • Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, IT, and other groups, identify appropriate solutions, and execute on them.
  • Serve as primary contact for all Workday questions, issue resolution, and password resets.
  • Proficient in creating and updating simple integrations, configurations and loading of data via the appropriate system method (e.g. EIB).
  • Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage configuration of the Workday system while providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to partner teams.
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday.
  • Use the Workday Community site to troubleshoot and identify ways to better utilize the system.
  • Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions.


Qualifications/Experience Requirements


  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management and report writing
  • Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
  • Minimum of 2-3 years HRIS software and systems experience required, 1 year specifically in Workday enterprise system
  • Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast paced environment.
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information
  • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Time, and Absence functionality in a complex environment
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations, understand competing business priorities, and make prudent trade-offs while driving results to deadlines
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
  • Workday reporting functionality; report writer calculated fields
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface directly with company leaders
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Typically at least 5 years of HR Systems administration, preferably with a Tier 1 solutionMinimum of 3+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience within multiple disciplines (HCM, Time and Absence and Compensation preferred)
