Job Description


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining an effective work environment and driving employee engagement.   • $55,000 to $60,000 annual pay
  • Engaging role with opportunities to develop company-wide improvements
  • Opportunity to work within the exciting power sport/auto industry
  • Regular Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5:30pm


What You'll Do As An HR Specialist


  • Maintain compliance with all relevant federal and state HR regulations
  • Process time and payroll, ensuring speed and accuracy
  • Collaborate with managers to support and improve employee performance
  • Coordinate smooth and efficient hiring processes with management
  • Enhance company dynamic and morale, fostering a more engaged workforce


Work Experience


The Preferred Candidate Might Have


  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing business or start-up
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
  • A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of the power sport or auto industry
