$18.96/hr minimum - $28.45/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

The HR Representative provides administrative support to the HR department, assists with processing and delivers high quality customer service to all employees.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding of employment law, HR policies, and its impact on employee experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis in Excel and Power-Point
• Thorough knowledge of HR and current industry trends.
• Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
