Union (SEIU-West) Performance Evaluation manual processing

OnBase (electronic personnel file system) Support and Filing

PeopleSoft system upgrade User Acceptance Testing

Electronic Performance Evaluation system support

1-2 years’ Service Center environment (call center) experience required, with HR, payroll, or benefits experience a plus

Assisting all associates calling HR Direct to complete Personal data, Job data and Benefit-related transactions in HRAccess

Answer benefit and payroll questions

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Provide support to associates using the web application on-line to complete their transactions.

Coordinate with other functional groups within HR Direct as vital

Knowledge of CBA absence management language and experience in supporting a large and diverse unionized workforce

Possess and maintain all Absence Management subject matter knowledge (SME) processes

Have and maintain all Absence Management subject matter knowledge (SME) processes

Investigate employee’s past medical history utilizing UA medical records, scheduling systems, absence management systems and disability guidelines
