The position is a key partner to deliver value-added service to our leaders and employee owners.   • [Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to include managing internal/external job postings, applicant tracking, social media and job advertisements, selective participation in college recruiting and career fairs, development of recruiting materials, etc.]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Ensure all proper documentation is filed appropriately]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Respond to unemployment claims]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Assist with company policy acknowledgements]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Perform and review payroll duties and information including, but not limited to, calculation and administration of hours worked, taxes, insurance premiums, employee information, time records, deductions, and correct payroll errors.]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Assist with development, tracking and implementation of employee training programs]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Work closely with management and employee owners to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
  • [Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}

  • [Maintain employee records, current and terminated including, but not limited to, personnel data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, evaluations, and terminations.]{arial\",sans-serif\"=""}
