Day in the Life:

• Establish strong consultant network base to competitively fill our client’s job requests.
• Conduct daily calls to qualify and build pipeline of candidates
• Work with Business Development team to understand our client company’s expectations
• Lead generation to assist with the development of our business in the local marketplace
• Coordinate and administer full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and on boarding
• Interview candidates technically and functionally to understand their skill set and best fit for our clients
• Utilize online sources (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.) to identify new candidates

Skills and Experience:

• Very high attention to detail is a must
• Self-confidence, excellence, perseverance, and a high sense of urgency
• Great time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to present and facilitate new customer meetings
• Highly organized and disciplined with your daily/weekly goals and operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
