Privacy Operations Analyst Jobs

Extensive knowledge and experience in United States health and general privacy compliance requirements

Meet regularly with the Product Management and Clinical Solutions teams to ensure “privacy-by-design” consistency in all PointClickCare services

2-4 years of relevant work experience

Experience defining, drafting, and implementing policies and training materials

Experience conducting ongoing privacy compliance and monitoring activities

Coordinate program offices, project managers, and staff efforts to complete privacy-related assessments, analyses, and other related projects

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Privacy and Government Consulting

Excellent writing skills. Must be able to present a writing sample

Must hold security eligibility requirements

Gather all relevant information concerning systems collecting personally identifiable information by program offices to determine which compliance documentation is required

Participate in review meetings and analyze documents and other materials during the privacy compliance reviews

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.

3-8 years of experience in a privacy analyst role.

Excellent organizational and written skills.

Exceptional client service and personal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Ability to apply privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation).

POSITION TITLE: HR Privacy Analyst

DURATION: 3-6 Months (Potential for extension)

63.70/hr on W2 to $

• Working with HR business owners to document processes and develop risk mitigation plans.

Conduct management monitoring and work with HR business owners to ensure HR processes are compliant with client’s global records retention policy.

Excellent communications and analytical skills with preferred experience in data privacy, HR, compliance, legal, or tech

Experience working with HR business owners to document processes and develop risk mitigation plans.

Work with HR business owners to complete Privacy Impact Assessments, inclusive of assessing and documenting HR processes

Support the HR Privacy team in specific initiatives to mitigate cyber-security risks, e.g., confirming the return of laptops.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Develop and report program metrics, e.g., monthly/quarterly BAA Checklist requests, Privacy requests/forms processed to management as required.

Consistently and effectively grow professionally by participating in educational opportunities; sharing knowledge with team members.

Ability to work independently with little direct supervision from Manager, Privacy and Privacy and Security Office management

FOUR (4) or more years of relevant client-facing consulting experience

Experience consulting and advising on Privacy controls.

Experience performing privacy risk assessments and compliance reviews of information systems

Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CEH, Security+

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in education and work experience

2 years healthcare compliance or HIPAA compliance experience required.

3 years general healthcare operations or revenue cycle experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated knowledge in HIPAA Privacy and Information security

Working knowledge of hospital operation processes

Must have working knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).

Demonstrated experience with RMF Steps 1-5.

Knowledge of defense-in-depth and other information security and assurance principles and associated supporting technologies.

Experience with DHA Cyber Security Directorate is a plus.
