- Identify gaps in our daily routines and build better processes to improve internal practices and employee experience
- Act as a focal point and manage complex and multi-stakeholders operational projects across the U.S organization and be a part of global projects
- Own the delivery and effectiveness of several core HR processes and responsibilities across employee life cycle activities
- Support in creating standardized metrics and evaluation processes across HR programs to ensure data-driven approach
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Tech, etc with the ability to influence and drive our strategy
- Implement people programs and/or products to improve the way we do things at a fast-growing tech company
- Collect and analyze the information as well as develop data-driven solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies
- You embrace changes, know how to navigate through uncertainty, and are able to come up with creative solutions that drive our strategy.
- You know how to get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. You’re an organized and methodical collaborator by nature, highly analytical, able to influence and align multiple stakeholders, and have excellent communication skills.
- You are comfortable with participating in strategic and long-term planning but also in executing routine processes.
- You understand the multiple facets of HR and have been exposed to a variety of HR functions.
- An HR professional with 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing HR functions in a fast-paced, heavily matrix, and multicultural environment.
- Your problem-solving and organizational skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement and improve processes.
