7-10 years in an HR Operations role with some management experience.

Proficiency in Workday for HRIS, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules.

Experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.

Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with multiple layers of management and employees to achieve business goals is required.

Assumes other responsibilities as necessary to assure achievement of established objectives.

Partners with the human resources team with the data-informed aspects of employee compensation, benefits, and training.

Reviews all offer letters and personnel action forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Excellent written and verbal English communications skills required.

Solid analytical and research skills required.

Considerable knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations, with law firm experience a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, management, and attorneys to ensure a seamless response to new compliance obligations.

Analyze new threats and offer deep insight through data-driven intel

Draft and revises employee handbook policies to reflect employment law updates, ensuring alignment with external regulations and internal requirements.

Manage HR compliance reviews and audits, including gathering, reviewing and analyzing internal records.

Ensure current knowledge of policies and practices for staff, and current knowledge of industry trends.
