Job Description

HR Manager
HR Manager for Hand Held Products, Inc. (Charlotte, NC).


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the business and own a broad range of human resources strategies in support of the PSS organization around the world.
  • Understand/Analyze VOE survey and build initiatives/actions around the same.
  • Work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development, and return on the investment we make in our employees.
  • Work with people managers to build employee engagement and retention strategies and deploy the same.
  • Work with HR COE to executive strategic initiatives across PSS sales/commercial and other functions.
  • Support other functions as needed per manager direction.
  • Responsible primarily for PSS Sales/Commercial function, partnering closely with Sales Excellence on employee hiring & onboarding, employee incentives, employee training, and employee retention globally.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data, right and fast.
  • Develop and execute talent management & development strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build relationships and broker services.
  • Perform analysis of HR data and build clear and attainable actions.
  • Work with people manager to build strong succession planning for team.
  • Partner with leaders to drive effective communication across the organization.
  • Provide HR support to the Vice President & General Manager for the Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) North America P&L and GM PSS Global Services.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • 40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:


Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, or related field and 3 years of HR experience.

Full term of experience must include: experience within the HR function; with HR processes, including employee succession management process, and employee performance development and compensation increase cycle; providing guidance to people managers; executing talent management & development strategies, and opportunities for growth.

Must have 2 years of experience working with people managers to build employee engagement and retention strategies, brokering HR services and actively engaging in staffing, organizational development, & talent management; and working with senior stakeholders.

Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week.
