Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
Manages HR function for assigned location. Directly supervises staff local HR team members. Provides HR consultation and assistance for leadership team. Works with local leadership team on employee engagement initiatives. Oversees regional HR policies, procedures and employee records. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Oversees and directs the implementation of HR policies to maximize human capital development. Coordinates with enterprise-wide HR team and assists with regional-specific communication. Partners with enterprise team for benefits enrollment and questions, compensation projects and learning/development programs. Lead various HR related projects and performance improvement initiatives. Ensures timeframes and requirements are met. Supports local talent acquisition process to recruit and retain top talent. Assists with term processing and exit survey distribution and results review. Manages performance management and annual review process. Ensures effective process, addresses employee performance improvement needs and supports leadership team throughout the year and process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to effectively lead a team.
  • Ability to utilize data to formulate recommendations and meaningful reports.
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Knowledge of human resources and administrative processes, systems and methodology.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor’s degree required. Four years of additional experience may be substituted for education requirement.
Minimum Years Of Experience
Four-six years of Professional Human Resources experience. Two years prior leadership experience required.
