Job Description
We are looking for an efficient resourceful Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our HR Manager on our human resources team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as compensation and benefits, managing the hiring processes and conducting the onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate would be competent in handling different human resources responsibilities and have sufficient professional experience along with strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
  • Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare paperwork and facilitate a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
Skills:
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with ATS software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal,and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
