Position Summary:

This role will manage various aspects of Human Resources within our Operation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides human resources support to all members of the team within the operation. This role will perform a wide range of duties including some or all the following:

• Encourages and manages a strong and positive work culture amongst all employees
• Gathers employee feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Manages the employee onboarding experience to include DOT and Non-DOT positions
• Manages HRIS data and employee benefit administration
• Provides training to employees on company policy, employment law and best practices
• Primary contact for employee requests and other matters
• Supports various aspects of an employee’s relationship and engagement
• Responsible for the recruitment of various positions within the assigned market

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience and Competencies:

• Excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence company culture
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with time management skills, prioritizing and meeting deadline expectations
• 1-3 years of previous HR experience
• Prior experience with full cycle recruiting
