Position Details:
HR Coordinator Remote-Arlington VA
Location : Remote
Project Duration : 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote position, any time zone is welcome
· As an HR Coordinator within the Client NA Employee Relations team, you will have the rewarding
· opportunity to provide general HR operational support for the Service Center group to ensure the smooth running of the department.
· The role is administrative in nature but will provide detailed insights into the ER function.
· Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
The Role
· This role will provide HR operational and project support while working with the ER team to address day to day responsibilities and priorities.
· Key Responsibilities Include:
· Entering information accurately into company databases
· Assisting with unemployment claims, leave of absence cases, Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and other accommodation request claims and IT equipment returns
· Provide other support as needed within the ER team to include reporting/trend analysis,
· compliance, and offboarding activities
· 2+ years of experience in an HR administrator or coordinator role
· HS diploma required; further education preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with customer service orientation
· Proven experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and confidential information
· Proven organizational skills, confident with time management
· Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, being highly efficient and able to work with limited supervision
· Experience in setting priorities, managing multiple projects, working through some ambiguity
· Process oriented with strong focus on accuracy, and attention to detail
· Resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead in a fast-paced environment
