- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and payroll data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of back office operations.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute various HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Handle data entry, document management, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support compliance efforts by adhering to legal requirements and internal policies in handling sensitive employee data.
- Perform day-to-day back office administrative tasks related to the HR function.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize employee information for onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Process payroll tasks accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software, preferably experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using GSuite
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proven experience in HR outsourcing projects or back office administrative roles.
