Description


RemX is seeking Administrative Assistants for a growing health provider in the Virginia Beach, VA area.


Remote: must live in the Virginia Beach, Hampton, Chesapeake, Norfolk area


Hours: 8 am -4:40 pm Monday-Friday


Responsibilities


  • May process invoices, handle confidential records and information, and/or make travel arrangements
  • Daily monitoring of current clinician’s staff professional licenses and processing renewals as applicable
  • Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner
  • Processes employee related transactions accurately
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to a management


Qualifications


  • Excellent Customer Service and time management
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Basic Knowledge or HR Solutions
