Job Description

Title: HR Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Location: Washington, DC (At least 2-3 days per week in DC Office)

Reports To: Sr HR & Talent Manager

Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR team, while exemplifying stellar customer service to colleagues. The successful candidate will be motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in HR, superior administrative skills, and a proactive work approach.

No two days are alike at EGPAF, but what can you expect in this role?

· Provide administrative support to the HR team; this includes supporting special projects, coordinating recurring HR meetings, creating presentations, compiling reports, and drafting correspondence

· Manage the team intranet page by uploading and maintaining content regularly

· Perform US data entry, global data imports, and data audits in HRIS

· Coordinate global service award program

· Update US organization charts with personnel changes on a monthly basis, and coordinate international organizational chart updates with international HR colleagues

· Process invoices and expense reports, and reconcile the HR credit card monthly

· Process International Assignee (IA) payments, invoices, and expense reports; provide allowance support, including travel coordination and monthly payroll and housing

· Support the preparation of bi-weekly US payroll

· Distribute compliance notices to US based staff, both in the DC office and virtually

· Support employee benefits programs, including group health plans, dental and vision, 403(b), and employee leave of absences

· Plan and champion engaging wellness initiatives

· Lead the Foundation’s Fun Committee, coordinating in-person and virtual events with a group of colleagues

To be successful, you will have:

· 1 year of relevant experience

· The ability to work at our office in DC at least 2-3 days per week; our office is located in Downtown DC and is metro accessible (McPherson Square and Metro Center)
