Job Purpose: The HR Data & Systems Coordinator will focus primarily on the administration of employee transactions ensuring the accurate processing of Payroll. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting in system administration, as well as providing technical support as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or over 5 years related office data-entry experience.
• Skilled in performing accurate data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines and dedication to data integrity.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), time management organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage highly confidential data.
• Experience working in professional office environment, and demonstrated communication skills interacting and supporting other staff.

Desired Qualifications

• Payroll, HR, or strong office experience
• Strong Excel skills including use of pivot tables and functions
• Working knowledge of Human Resources and HR technology systems
• Proficiency in Office 365
